My Story
My journey into the realm of health and wellness commenced in my early years, shaped by the influence of two free-spirited parents and living on a homestead. Growing up, I developed a profound connection with food through hands-on experiences like gardening, raising livestock, and using food as a form of medicine.

As I matured, my fascination with health and wellness deepened, leading me through a myriad of health phases. I became my own experiment, constantly exploring different approaches to enhance my well-being. From unconventional diets to diverse fitness routines, I've ventured into a wide array of methods in my quest for optimal health.

Despite maintaining a lifestyle centered around homemade, high-quality foods, staying active, and prioritizing mental health, one challenge persisted—my struggle with PMS and painfully intense periods. Through targeted habitual changes and crucial mindset shifts, I discovered the key to attuning myself to personal needs and feeling my best throughout the entire menstrual cycle.

The health and wellness industry often perpetuates the notion of a right versus wrong approach to well-being. However, my belief is that our bodies possess an innate wisdom that surpasses external guidelines. I am committed to guiding my clients in understanding their own bodies and unlocking the tools within their reach to achieve optimal well-being.

My educational background includes a B.S. of PHS and Masters in Integrative Care and Clinical Nutrition. I went on to become a Boards Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietician Nutritionist, enabling me to practice medical nutrition. My educational background and clinical experience has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and utilize many different modalities of care.
