Licensed Nutritionist & Integrative Health Practitioner

Wellness has never been a phase or philosophy in my life — it's the roots from which I grew.

I was raised in close relationship with the land, food, and healing traditions long before I pursued formal training. This shaped how I understand the body: not as something to fix, but as something to listen to and work with. That foundation continues to inform how I approach care today.​

My work bridges traditional medicine, earth-rooted wisdom, seasonal rhythms, and modern clinical practice. I guide with both intuition and discernment, meeting each person where they are and offering support that is practical, responsive, and deeply individualized — without rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Health rooted in care, not control

Modern wellness often creates more overwhelm than clarity. Many people feel confused, depleted, or trapped in cycles of restriction and self-criticism, believing that health must be hard, joyless, or purely corrective.

This work exists to interrupt that pattern — to help people return to a grounded, intuitive, and pleasurable relationship with their body. One rooted in nourishment, self-trust, and reverence rather than fear or control.
